  • Appliance serial numbers, model numbers, colors; purchase dates, source, warranty information
  • Plumbing fixture manufacturer, style, color; purchase dates, repair source
  • Cabinet and hardware design
  • Whether drapes or blind were provided
  • Whether unit was leased furnished or unfurnished
  • When the apartment was last cleaned
  • When carpet was shampooed
  • Dates and types of maintenance or service performed, especially repetitions
  • Resident billing for damage (copies of letters or invoices); these charges should also be recorded in the resident’s ledger
  • History of pets that lived in the unit
  • Reasonable modifications made to the unit
  • Inspections (e.g. according to company policy or to meet HUD requirement)
