OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Inspect and seal air ducts
Clean up the system to remove dirt, dust, and grime from chiller, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Regularly clean and change air filters.
Adjust thermostats up a few degrees during cooling season and down a few degrees during heating season.
Use an Energy Management System (EMS) and take advantage of its capabilities such as automatic notifications to engineering staff when systems vary outside of set parameters
