• Weatherize by regularly check all seams, cracks, and openings between conditioned and unconditioned spaces, and update caulking air sealing, and weather stripping as necessary.

EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

• Consider upgrading windows, doors, and skylights to more efficient models as 1/3 of heat loss occurs through the windows and doors.
• Consider radiant floor heating and cooling systems that allow even heating and cooling throughout the whole floor.
