Competence  “Having the necessary ability or skills : able to do something well or well enough to meet a standard.”

If you want to be good, the quickest way to excel is to find others who are already successful and copy them. Please understand that success leaves clues.  Success is predictable, it is not an accident. Copy and paste what worked for them in their lives into your life. If you do what other successful people do over and over again, you will get what they get. Learn from the experts, read their books, go to their seminars. As get on your journey of learning and growing, be on the lookout for: ideas, information and lessons. Recognize, to become someone you never been before, you will have to do what you have never done before.  To have competence in a skill, to be good at it, sometimes you may be just be born with a gift, you may not have to work hard at it, it comes naturally, but for the majority to develop great skills, it takes work a lot of work. It requires many months and even years of hard work on your part.  It requires tremendous self discipline and for you to make the correct choices.

“If you work hard your job you will make a living, but if you work harder on yourself you will make a fortune!”  (Jim Rohn) That statement is so true!   If you are willing to do more than you are paid to do eventually you will be paid to do more than you do.  Always build your knowledge and skill in your work.  Know that to earn more you must learn more. Make correct choices and always have self discipline.  You must choose to do what is hard and necessary before you do what is fun and easy;

“If you do what other successful people do over and over again , you will get what they get.”

Success is predictable, it is not an accident.  In the pursuit of success Its not about what you get, but it is who you become in the process of getting what you want.  All the roots to success has already been discovered you have to find answers, find people seek them, ask and follow advice, read their books, their seminars, learn from the best.

  • Knowledge is the first form of leverage.  Lifelong, continuous study can  give you the “winning edge” in your future career.
  • We live in a knowledge-based world; one idea is all you need to change your life;
  • Successful people do not “have more” than others. They merely “know more” than others;
  • To earn more, you must learn more
